The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the parking was safe and convenient. the room was spacious with a great view of the castle. the location was perfect, right on the main boulevard but still quiet. a great choice for a peaceful weekend getaway.

They were quick to assist us with any language barriers, providing a translator when needed. The room we stayed in was of excellent quality, and if you're lucky enough to get a room on the second floor, the views of the castle are truly the best in town. The owner's son was especially helpful in the wine room, offering us a fantastic education on Slovakian wines and their unique grape choices. The breakfast provided was also top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the perfectly made-to-order eggs. The hotel's central location and private parking were additional perks that made our stay even more enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, the view from our room was stunning, it felt so magical to wake up and see the snow-covered buildings. the location was perfect, right in the middle of the town, close to all the shops and restaurants. It was such a relief to not have to worry about transportation. the staff was really friendly and they even provided us with extra blankets and pillows when we requested them.

The water pressure in the shower was low and it took longer than usual to take a shower. the room could have used more towels, we had to request extra ones.
